2026 Solicitation For Candidates

NOTICE OF SOLICITATION

FOR CANDIDATES FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR

HORSESHOE FALLS ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Pursuant to the Texas Residential Property Owners Protection Act, Tex. Prop. Code, Chapter 209.00593, the acting Board of the Horseshoe Falls Property Owners Association, Inc. (“Association”) hereby solicits candidates interested in running for a position on the Board.  The request to be a named candidate on the Ballot for election of Directors of the Association, must be received by the Association on or before April 3, 2026.  It is suggested that any interested Member provide the Member’s written request to the Association along with any information regarding the Member’s qualifications for consideration by voting Members.

To be included as a candidate, the written request should include the Member’s Name, Mailing Address, Horseshoe Falls Address, and the candidate’s signature in order to be included on the Ballot.
